Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply when you buy Sparks with real money or redeem Sparks for tickets, tips, programs, memberships, gifts, or related paid features.

1. Merchant of record

ILTS is the merchant of record for fiat purchases of Sparks (card, PayPal, or other supported rails). When you spend Sparks, you are redeeming platform currency under the Sparks Terms—not making a separate fiat purchase directly from the creator at that moment. Creators receive payouts from ILTS according to creator payout rules after settlement.

2. Digital goods

Tickets, program access, tips, and similar items are digital goods. Except where required by law or where ILTS expressly states otherwise, purchases are limited-refund or non-refundable. Tips are generally final gratuities.

3. Fees

Displayed prices may include platform fees such as a Transaction Service Fee on Sparks purchase rails. Fee details appear in checkout and admin policy surfaces.

4. Chargebacks

If a payment is disputed or charged back, ILTS may reverse related Sparks, restrict access, and recover negative balances according to platform policy.

5. Device and sharing limits

Paid access is for your personal use. Do not share account credentials. Concurrent viewing on multiple devices may be limited; starting playback on a new device may end playback elsewhere.
