Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• Account and profile information (including date of birth for eligibility)
• Contact details (such as email)
• Payment-related information processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers on ILTS servers for standard checkout)
• Usage, device, and log data
• Content you upload or send (including chat)
• Approximate location signals used for access or playback rules

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the Service, process transactions, prevent fraud and abuse, communicate with you, comply with law (including sanctions screening), and as otherwise described in product features you use.

4. Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us run the Service, with payment processors for purchases and payouts, and when required by law.

Creator purchase notice: When you buy access related to a creator (for example a ticket or program), we may share your email address with that creator for that purchase. Other sharing of your information with creators is voluntary or opt-in.

We do not publish a detailed subprocessor list in this version of the policy.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain information as needed to operate the Service, meet financial and security obligations, and comply with law. Exact account-deletion and chat-audit retention rules are being finalized; contact support@ilts.co with requests.

6. Your choices (US)

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, delete, or opt out of certain processing. Email support@ilts.co to make a request. We may need to verify your identity.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. Accounts require a minimum age of 13.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised effective date. Material changes may also be announced through the Service or email.
