Creators must ensure they have the rights needed to perform, stream, and distribute music on ILTS.

What you may publish

Only publish a video you have the right to put on ILTS. That means one of these:

• It is your own performance and recording.
• It uses someone else's work under a Creative Commons license that allows this use, including selling access.
• You have permission or a license to publish the music and any other material in it. You get those rights yourself. ILTS does not grant them.

Giving credit, owning a copy, or not charging for the video does not give you those rights.

If a copyright owner files a valid DMCA takedown, ILTS will take the video down. See DMCA / IP Take-Down.

No platform PRO blanket

Unless ILTS publishes a written update, ILTS does not provide ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or other performing-rights organization blanket licenses covering your streams. Playing covers or third-party recordings without permission can lead to takedowns and account action.

Your responsibility

• Clear composition rights and sound-recording rights as required.
• Do not upload or stream content you are not authorized to use.
